Hey Bobcats! We’ve made it easier than ever to print the documents you create or need for your classes and to manage your printing account. You simply Send&Print! Here are questions & answers to tell you how it works:
Do I have to pay for my printed pages?
Students begin each semester with a $25 print credit. That’s enough to print 2,500 one-sided black and white letter-sized pages. That is more than enough for most students. However, if you find you need to add funds to this account, we’ve made it easy and instant! To purchase additional print credits, simply log in to Send&Print using your NetID and Password. Select Add Print Credits from the menu on the right. Indicate how much you want to add and then fill in your payment information.
[NOTE: Do not add funds to this account unless you have exhausted the credits provided.]
What can I print using Send&Print?
You can print 1- or 2-sided black & white or color documents that are either letter-sized (8 1/2 x 11″) or legal-sized (11×14″). Your print jobs must be less than 100 single-sided or 50 double-sided pages, so make sure you split up your larger files. The documents must be one of the following file types: .pdf, .docx, .pptx, .xlsx, and image files.
[Note: If you have an oversized or longer run print job, or other need other specialty print services, the folks in the Alkek Print Shop may be able to help out.]
How do I submit a document to Send&Print?
- Log into Send&Print from any computer or device from anywhere on or off campus using your NetID as your username and your campus password.
